Global Delivery with Premium Couriers:

KORELAVI ships worldwide, offering fast and reliable delivery through premium couriers. Whether you are shopping for our latest streetwear-inspired collections or haute couture pieces, we ensure a seamless KORELAVI experience from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. However, during sale seasons or high-demand periods, processing times might be extended due to an increased volume of orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Free standard shipping on all orders over $60.

For orders under $60 a shipping fee of $8.95 will be added to your cart.

KORELAVI will endeavour to deliver your purchases to you as soon as possible.

All orders will normally be processed and shipped within three (3) business days.

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order with to major cities within Australia. Deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory can take up to 14 business days.

A secure delivery address is recommended. Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance, KORELAVI cannot be responsible for stolen or lost parcels. 

Finalisation of Orders Once orders are dispatched, they cannot be cancelled, and changes to the delivery address are no longer possible. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Refused Shipments: If delivery is refused, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the return of the parcel will be charged to the customer.

Shipment Tracking When your order is tendered to the courier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Visit the courier’s website and enter the tracking number to track your shipment.
