Refund policy

We aim to provide you a ‘complete satisfaction’ shopping experience at KORELAVI. We offer a straightforward and hassle-free refund and exchange policy.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first seven (7) days of the receipt of your purchase, if seven (7) days have expired since your receipt of your purchased item, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a ‘gift credit’ for the value of your return.

Exchanges

Please note that exchange of the purchased products is not permitted. Therefore, products received after purchase may only be returned and result in a refund of the price paid under the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email korelavi2023@gmail.com.

If your request for an exchange of a purchased item is approved, we will contact you and provide you with instructions on how and where to return your purchased item. After we receive your return item, we will process with an exchange of the item and send you a shipping label to confirm an exchange of item being on its way to your nominated address.

Refund Process:

It is your responsibility to inspect your purchased item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if it is a wrong item and you request a refund as a result, so that we can make assessment on the issue and follow up for you.

If your request for a refund is accepted, we will contact you and provide you with instructions on how and where to return your purchased item. After we receive your return item, we will notify you once we have inspected your returned item and shall advise you if your request for refund is approved.

Upon approval of your request for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment of your refund. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items
Please note that exchange and or refund policy does not apply to on-sale items, discounted items or gift cards.

Important Information

  • First Return Free: KORELAVI offers one free return per order if it is approved. Subsequent returns will incur a handling fee.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Exceptions: Sale items, custom items, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Holidays and Peak Seasons: During public holidays and peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), due to high order volumes, our processing times may be longer than usual. We understand your desire for prompt service, and we are working hard to fulfill all requests as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these times.
